Terms and Conditions

Please bring a box or kennel to transport your live stock. Customers are responsible to verify items and animals in their order are correct breed and sex and in good condition at time of pick up.

If you are purchasing a Rabbit: 

• Please verify the sex of your rabbit before departure at the time of pick up.
• Animals that have left our facility may not be returned or exchanged to prevent the spread of illness.
• Check the availability of pets or livestock before submitting deposit payments online. 
• 50% Deposits are required to reserve rabbits before pickup.
• All available rabbits and livestock are first come first serve and cannot be reserved without a deposit.
• Please quarantine your rabbit for a minimum of 30 days before introducing them to any other rabbits.  Summers Landing is not responsible for the spread of disease through your own herd.

Rabbit deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE except under the following conditions: 

• The specific animal you reserved is suddenly unavailable, injured, ill, or is not fit for sale.
• The specific animal you reserved is not the advertised sex. (Please verify at pickup.)

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any pets or livestock without cause. If your animal suddenly becomes ill within 48 hours of pick-up, please contact us immediately. This may also help us identify and treat illness before it spreads within our farm.

Any Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment it was received.
